Dexter SC Farlough It works, and it has to build up in your system before you are used to it. It is strong and sometimes causes nausea at the onset but after the first dose your fine unless you have gotten used to it by now. Though I take it with astaxanthin and that could very well be the cause of the nausea as well. I'm no scientist nor any advocate for the products. I just know it works after a month
