As a supplement, these seem good. Small, easy to swallow capsules with no taste or smell. They're very easy to take, and have 'Made in USA' on the bottle. My only complaint is that after a month I still don't notice much difference. I wasn't expecting a dramatic change, but when your tagline is 'real result every day' I think it's easy to feel disappointed when you don't feel those results.If I was just rating these as a supplement, I could give it 5 stars. It's everything I want from a supplement, and no side effects. But I don't think this lives up to the pain relief claims, at least for me. So while I like the ingredients, it's hard for me to wholeheartedly recommend based off of this bottle.

The bottle arrived well sealed, a plastic security seal on the outside of the cap and another security seal under the cap.The capsules were all well sealed, no loose powder floating around so that pills had no taste. The ingredients seem like decent amounts, and there does not appear to be any fillers added in. I like that they are lab tested and seem to be high quality as well as organic. Too soon to say if I noticed a large difference personally, but I think the quality looks good. I do wish the capsules were slightly smaller, but won't complain too much about that as they do fit a lot in.

I like that it's made in the US.This is my first time trying these ingredients, except for magnesium glycinate, which I regularly take before bed.The capsules are average‑sized, easy to swallow, and have no weird taste or smell.I tried taking it at night and during the day, and it didn't make a difference what time to take it, since it didn't interfered with my sleep.I got it for joint pain and inflammation in my shoulder caused by RA. I researched the ingredients and didn't find any contractions for RA, so I went for it.At first, the discomfort in my shoulder eased almost immediately - I think by the second or third day. I also noticed I slept better at night.After about 5-7 days, I suddenly developed pain in my hamstring when waking, which came out of nowhere - no workouts, just a weird, almost a pinched nerve or a pulled muscle-like pain, which persisted for over a week. I couldn't tell what caused it, but eventually paused this supplement too just in case, and the pain eventually faded after several days, maybe a week. Then I tried taking the supplement again, and the pain returned, so I paused it again. I’m still not sure if this supplement had anything to do with it (could be the RA itself or maybe something else), so I'm not deducting any stars for it, but I’m being more cautious while I figure it out.Overall, this supplement is easy to take, seems to be good quality, and I like its benefits. It definitely eased my shoulder pain more than anything else I've tried. I just hope it's not what triggered this other pain in my leg. I'm waiting for it to fully heal so I can give it another try, and if it happens again, then I'll know for sure.

I don't feel groggy, and I feel just a bit more natural feeling pep when I wake up; it's about equivalent to a big cup of green tea, so don't expect anything major. However, I am happy to see the results. I rarely give five stars to any supplement, and I honestly did think about deducting a star for lack of third party testing, but the results this gives had me in favor of the higher rating.

Already has your dose of magnesium glycinate in it. It's a great pain relief for neuropathic pain if taken daily. Great supplement which let's me stop buying two others and get same effect.

I got this to help with my tinnitus. Only been taking it nearly a week so will have to update whether it helped that or not. Something I have noticed already though, is my body pain levels have come down a lot This also helps me sleep. Recommend.

Haven't been on it very long yet, but it seems to be helping

I've been using the PEA supplements for 3 or 4 weeks, and I think I've noticed some improvement in my hip pain (tearing in the gluteus minimus and medius). It could be that the steroid injection I got last month has finally kicked in, but I want to believe it's the PEA, and so I just ordered another bottle. I guess time will tell.

My wife ordered it for shoulder pain. She has taken it daily but so far has had no relief. She will continue to take the supplement and see if it offers some relief later.

I was prescribed this particularly brand of PEA by my pain management Doctor (after trying many other supplements for pain) and this is something that really works. There is no real taste after taste and pills are easy to swallow.

Ive been using this for over a month and so far I really think that its a quality product. For the label uses it appears to be very effective as well. There is zero taste when taking the recommended dose and my pain levels are all lower in a great way.
